Chipella

This story is a modern combination of the disney adaptation of the 1697 brothers grimm 'Cinderella' and The 2007 Alvin and the Chipmunks movie. Adding a more modern twist and setting this version is more connected with modern day humour. With the Alvin and the Chipmunks theme it reimagines the idea of Cinderella, making it more relatable to a modern audience because The Alvin and the Chipmunks movie was released in 2007. Since Cinderella was originally written in 1697 it's a very old text so to modernise it will make the audience/readers understand the narrative more.

I took the Cinderella text and replaced the original character with Alivn and the Chipmunks characters, and some real life characters from our modern world.
I also added modern day objects like, Cell phones, Ferraris, Yeezys etc.

I stuck with the plot of Cinderella, but changed it up a bit, instead of a ball it's a Beauty contest, and instead of the whole Step-sibling premess, I added a foster care aspect.
I used a narrative format and descriptive language in my text, I also used similes in my text e.g "Theodore was as pretty as a princess.".
