I have a friend called Anastasia, but she doesn't like her name. says it makes her feel old.
I have tried letting her know it's a beautiful name.
To all those who haven't found their spark yet, I hope you find it soon. to all those who refuse to love themselves for themselves, I hope you start doing so cause no one would do it better than you, yourself.

A Weight off My Mind - Time to Live
Regardless of size, putting your life on hold until you reach that perfect weight, does no one any good. This will be my collection of poems reflecting on societies obsession with weight and size and the effect this has on us and how we can change this.
