Water, Earth, Fire, Air these are the four elements that the Water tribes, Earth kingdom, Fire nation and Air nomads practiced however the age of bending has ended and instead of an Avatar heroes were needed. After the death of Avatar Genji the next Avatar would be born and like the cycle this avatar would be a Firebender from the Fire Nation which is where Y/n comes in .He was ten when he found out he was the Avatar and if that wasn't enough he was a metahuman, a human born with special abilities. His special ability was energy manipulation and that would really help in his avatar training however just Like Korra one of his past lives he was captured as a child only he was captured by Cadmus who wanted to control the Avatar.
