NOT PROOF READ I decided to write about what I think goes through Evan Buckley's mind throughout the show and how Eddie fits into all of that. Buck is such a multi-layered character, and I really want to dig into his emotions and struggles as he navigates his life and career. I'll definitely talk about "Buddie," but I want to emphasize that it's a super slow burn. There's a lot of tension and unspoken feelings between them that develop gradually, making their connection all the more intriguing.The timeline mostly sticks to the original series, so it keeps the story we know. But I also add in some scenes that I think would fit perfectly and help Buck grow more. These extra moments dive deeper into his backstory, explore his relationships, and show important experiences that shape him throughout the show. I want to highlight those emotional moments and interactions that make Buck's journey even more relatable. It's a mix of the original story and my own ideas, especially focusing on how Buck and Eddie's relationship develops along the way. I just feel like Buck deserves more attention because he's a complex character with a rich backstory. His challenges, fears, and moments of growth reveal so much about who he is and what drives him. By examining how Eddie influences Buck's thoughts and decisions, I hope to highlight their bond and how it impacts Buck's journey. I want to explore the little moments that shape their relationship and make it so meaningful, showing how they lean on each other through tough times.

*Wattpad deleted my original and i have literally no idea why. There was no smut, rasicm,eating disorders, or anything triggering in my story except violence and some mild swearing. The Mystery Guy Next Door
The strip of leather made contact with the skin on my back. The burning pain soared and I had to grit my teeth so no noise came out. I've lost count. I can't even remember the number of times he has brought the whip down onto my back. The burning sensation cooled and for a few seconds I thought the torture had finished but my thoughts soon came crashing down. Instead of being mauled by the whip, I heard a crunch as the bones in my torso were crushed by a heavy booted foot kicking me in the side. I grunted in pain. I had been in this cell for God knows how long and it was now probably some time in the evening. "Trying to be clever are we?" His voice booms out, his voice makes me flinch. "That's what you think smart ass. But I was trying to protect her." I replied back. I shouldn't have said that because moments later I'm kicked again in the side; this time so hard that I can feel a rib sink into one of my lungs. I fly towards the opposite wall in the cell, landing on my back. The specks of dirt and dust dig into the deep cuts on my back making me suck in a quick breath. I grunt and try to get up onto my feet but I feel a firm grip on the base of my neck. Before I know it, my feet are no longer touching the ground and I'm struggling for air. This is it. I'm dying. When pursuing the city and his friends in justice, Buck lost the trust and faith of his colleagues and his return maybe won't be what he expected. After all he've been through, the eyes of his best friend could be the most difficult thing to survive. And sadly the year promises to be particularly tough and he might well need the support of his friends. His family. And specially Eddie's. A sudden, bright flash had him flinching, a red hot burning entering his hands. Sparks flew as he was flung back, his hands and chest burning as he landed hard on his back. His heart beat was loud in his ears, audible under the ringing daze as his head spun. One, and a two, and a three... He rolled over with a groan, scrambling for his helmet.
