It's an alternate universe of Bungou Stray Dogs where most of the characters are based on the said anime while bearing different names.

The story revolves around the sophomore student council vice president who has a high academic prowess and is well-liked by everyone, his androgynous appearance attracts almost everyone not to mention that he came from a very rich family earning him the title "The Prince" in his school. One day he was tasked to tutor a new transfer student with a very mysterious and sordid past. Hilarity and puzzling as the tutor attempts to connect to him which soon along the way starts to build a bond as they discover each other's heart's deepest and darkest secrets.All Rights Reserved

Also, Dazai and Kyouka go on a road trip while rethinking their life choices, Kunikida has a breakdown, Atsushi becomes an insomniac with a lust for blood, Chuuya looses his marbles and can't find them, and Junichiro goes bonkers due to making horrible life decisions.
