My name is Scarlette, and I live with my father in a small hut on the edge of town. When I was just a small child my mother left us. My father was once a successful cloth merchant, but he lost all of our money to gambling and drinking. Since we couldn't pay for our house and servants anymore, we had to move to the small hut we now live in. My life has taken a turn for the worse, and there is nothing I can do to stop it.
