The Blood Red Feather 🪶

The police had just arrived and were inspecting the crime scene, if you can even call it that given it was only a hand. Upon further inspection of the feather, they noticed that the feather had a symbol pressed in wax on its backside. It was a danger symbol, next to it was a note which read:
"The blood red feather came to warn you,
But you just dismissed it, didn't you?
You thought it was truly nothing grave,
But now you suffer the consequences lying in your grave."
The feather was a warning, but it was too late now...
