This is the story of Misaka Mikoto, a young girl from Tokiwadai Middle school and one of the seven LEVEL 5 of Academy City, as she enjoy her everyday life with her friends, she begin to show interest in a manga called "One Piece" which is a manga based on pirates, adventures on the sea and a lot more, but one day, she got caught into a bright light and end up the Pirate World named Grand Line, during the time where Gol D. Roger was alive.

Misaka end up meeting both Roger and Whitebeard on the island they were fighting each other for three day and three night, due to the circonstances that led her in Grand Line, she decided to join the Roger Pirates in their final journey becoming a pirate in the process.

But a week after her return to Academy City, Misaka decide to return to Grand Line with her friends after she learn of Roger's execution, and begin her own adventures at the sea and creating her crew named after her alias The Railgun Pirates
