Hi I'm Shay.
I'm 25 and I am experiencing a quarter-life catastrophe.
Overthinking is my major, self destruction is my minor.  
Coming to terms that the toxic common denominator in my life is me.
I highly recommend therapy while I cruise myself through a self-identity crisis of being a young Haitian American raised in a European predominant environment.
That will most likely not happen.
