Reincarnated as Toneri Ōtsutsuki in Naruto

Someone reincarnated into Naruto with the. Just because he says he is going to reincarnate as Toneri Ōtsutsuki doesn't mean he is actually going to be him. Just to put it simply he is only going to look like Toneri Ōtsutsuki not be him.
