In this AU izuku was born with a quirk but was a later developer and his quirks fire bending he can make black fire out of thin air and create different things with it but he can't undo what he's already done. If he uses it too much he will get severe aches in the arms he used for his quirk. His second quirk is telekinesis he can attract things bigger than himself and if he's uses it to much he will faint for 10-20 minutes.
Also in this AU Katsuki didn't b7lly deku in middle school and he stood up for deku still was kinda rude to izuku jokingly tho and was actually really nice to izuku. And him and Deku more of a flirt when you get to know them or if they like you. And Izuku has two houses.
Todoroki is a great artist and draws a lot in this AU.
