Ellie and Comet were happily playing hide and seek. All was fine, they were worry free and everything was perfect. But, few years later, Ellie is now in high school and is 14 years old. Comet on the other hand is.. well...a 16 year old drop out. Nobody heard from Comet. Not even her long time best friend and cousin, Ellie. Ellie finally invited Comet to come hang out and after an hour of convincing Comet to leave her room, she finally gave in. They started getting close again. Then, Ellie had the idea of playing the old game they used to play, Hide & Pray. But something goes wrong... they end up encountering something unthinkable... Will they have enough time to grab their loved ones and warn everyone? Or will they run off them self and try to find somewhere to stay? Its an infection... and its growing... there's nothing stopping the monster inside you..

This book follows four teenagers from four different parts of the U.S. when their lives are dramatically changed one day. When zombies become real and more than just horror movies and scary books, they're forced to fight to stay alive. What they don't know is how similar their struggles are, along with their goal: get to the supposed safe haven alive. (The book is under editing right now, and I'll be changing the location of the safe haven from Columbus to Cincinnati. I didn't really think it through when I first wrote this but I think that Cincinnati would make a little more sense. Sorry for any confusion!) *************** BEING REWRITTEN I started writing this at 14, and it started out as something I made just for fun. The story was mostly imporvised, and I don't like how it's turned out. I've had a lot of new and hopefully more interesting ideas, and there's so much that I decided to rewrite the whole thing completely. The story will be very different but the characters will be the same for the most part. It'll have the same style of writing with the different points of view, but separated between books instead of chapters, and I already have a storyline laid for the first 2 or 3.
