In a sky above the sky exists the magical land of Aetherrealm; a land that thrives on spirit magic born of the dragons of old, and is home to hundreds of mystical creatures.
One day, after thousands of years, the dragons, who had long vanished from Aetherrealm after tragedy struck, and were believed to be extinct, suddenly return in the mysterious form of 4 teenagers; and just in time because the spirit magic that sustains Aetherrealm has become unstable, and now, the new rookie dragons must embark on a journey that will decide the fate of their new home.
With the help of a mysterious ally on earth, they have to find the new physical forms of the dragon spirits of life and death and return them to the scales of Erus before Ettherrealm, and all of its magic is lost forever.
However, there is a catch, the new dragons, born of an ancient grudge, need to bond with a special human rider in order to stabilize their new form. A bond that can only be achieved through true love, to take part in a quest that will require true sacrifice.
