Aftermath

A lover girl who is learning to heal her broken heart because she kept giving it to people who did not know how to handle it with care, and always left it broken. Spoiler alert, I'm almost healed so I'm writing a book about it

These poems and entries are my way of releasing those emotions out of me. Emotions I go through, and I know that people could relate to me so I'm deciding to publish them for anyone who wants a personal reading that could even help you. So this is me, Grace Crilly.

please don't read this (i laugh here, but i'm not joking). this is a relic. consider this the museum of my progression in writing. you can find the better (marginally) stuff from this one in "Poems (collection 2.0)". Thoughtful, often sad, and angry poems. It's an outlet. A way to be heard. Not genius; only jumbled messes of the multitude of my thoughts fighting their way out of my brain. There's so much I want to say, but not enough time to say it. Here are my attempts.

A book filled with words that I thought made sense, but they never seem to be enough. *warning* emotional, messy, raw and full of sadness (sometimes a little happiness here and there) I hope you give my words a chance, maybe they'll be enough for you. ******** mature language

When mirror is not enough to reflect emotions, when talks are not enough to convey feelings, a silent poem and a pen and it's creations may help. From life to death, from love to heartbreak, from making new friends to losing your best, with every story there lies a new beginning- or ending. This is a collection of short stories and poems that I have written. Each story is from my imagination, and if based off of a character, person, or another piece of work it will be noted. Enjoy!

This is a series of short stories, poems and thoughts I've written over the years, compiled into this collection. Most of these were written years ago. Some I've written as early as this year (2025). The purpose of this volume is to feel. Feel everything as though you are the main character experiencing each emotion expressed through my writing.
