'You think you know anger? Touch my Rider and then you will know the true meaning of the word Fury...'
There was something high in the air, like the outline of a bird but much, much larger. A familiar finned tail stretched out behind it, and she heard a roar. Bat's wings folded in, and the Dragon dived, a high pitched banshee's scream following her as she came in, a glow building up in her throat. The Fury fired.
---
When Lucy finds a black EGG the size of a football, she's in for a surprise. Star is no ordinary cat-bat-fire-breathing reptile. She's a Fury Dragon, the only one in existence, and she's being hunted. Can Lucy and her new friends - both Human and Dragon - protect Terthia-By-Sea, the only home she's ever known?
