Aliah enters college and has to face her past head-on as she discovers 'multiple' things about herself, previously hidden. Now, she is tasked with getting to grips with her new identity. But she does have one friend by her side, Baxter. This is a story touching on mental illness. Specifically, DID/OSDD, so I feel there should be a slight trigger warning to all who read this book. There will be ab^se, s^lf h^rm, and other heavier topics will be mentioned within this book. please only read if you are going to be respectful, and stay safe. [ Please be aware that I am not a medical professional and, while I have done research on this disorder, things may seem slightly off in areas. ]

Ruth Harris is one of a kind, and hates herself for it. With a history of diagnoses and trauma she feels as if there is no one left in the world who could possibly tolerate her madness - including the ten other people in her head. She has been beaten about by the tidal wives of life's great ocean, but one day a lifeguard comes to her aid. He tells her everything she ever wanted to hear, even throwing the whole 'I love you' gambit in for good measure, but with memory gaps and dissociation flaring up all around her it's almost impossible to know what's true, and what's evil... ** SEQUELS ARE 'JUST ME, HIM AND TEN OTHERS' AND 'TRIED WITH FIRE'. ENJOY!**
