Edward Echo, he's stoic and blunt. But god damn it did he fucking love when a certain someone would talk to him. His heart fluttered More then it should've when they said "hi." That Man...that man, that loving energetic Man made his heart jump and flip up and around. But he didn't love him like he wanted, and he'd respect that.
You're thinking this will be the same love story that's copied and pasted with different names and made gay, it's really not. This is different, not happy.
It's a one-sided love between two men. It's dumb, an absurdly stupid way of portraying heartbreak.

Book One in the My Mate Series - "Elijah," Alexander calls in this terrifying voice. I know it's dangerous but I ignore him, I keep my eyes shut and continue to rock myself back and forth, my hands blocking my ears. I didn't want to look at him, I didn't want to see those black orbs. "Look at me." He demands, his voice depicting his rage. "No," I whisper. "Look at me or I swear, I will do it!" He shouts. I'm not completely sure what 'it' is but I'm sure it has to do with death.
