Poems describing what mental illness feels like to me. Behind every chapter is a meaning for creative overthinkers like me. I do not care how many people see this, I just hope that it helps someone.

The poetry book " OVERJOYED MELANCHOLY " Is written by my own experience. There are certain stages of love in this book with a poetry display. Every section brings a feeling of a different stage of love whether it is the feeling of presence or separation . This book is based on real life experiences and feelings I've had over the period of 2 years , which was hard to pass because every single day used to be like a hopeless life with nothing in it. Love is something that creates us , but when separation happens , love disappears. I hope you enjoy reading it , And to explore more please read the book , there are around 70 poems written by me in this book , and all have different meanings with different feelings. I hope this book unlock your toughest answer , as it starts from presence to the art of letting go. Hoping the best .
