Love At First Block, is the story of 2 young volleyball players playing for their respective universities. 

Deanna Wong, She has been a member of the Ateneo de Manila University Lady Eagles, the school's senior women's volleyball team, since her rookie year in 2016. During Season 80 of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) in 2018, she won the Best Setter Award.

Jessica Galanza, an opposite and the team captain. she is top as number two in best and leads her team on second spot.The 23-year-old Galanza was also named as the Most Valuable Player and the First Best Open Hitter in the conference after tallying a total of 226 points off of 192 spikes, 19 service aces, and 15 blocks.
