Where were you when the world came to a screeching halt?
When society crumbled to ash?
Where were you when order and structure dissolved into complete and utter chaos?

Bad news tended to create lasting memories.
It was why some people could remember clearly the exact moment they found out the world had ended. Some found out in the safety of their homes while watching news stories of people being torn apart and eaten alive. Some found out in the rioting streets as chaos ran amuck. Some found out, first hand, as they watched this virus, or act of God, take a loved one away from them.
Bad news tended to create lasting memories, yet Tori Smith couldn't remember a single, damn thing.
In the end, it didn't matter where you were when the world ended. Hell, it didnt even matter who you were. The dead ruled the world now and they craved living flesh regardless of who it belonged to.
The real question now, the only question that even mattered anymore, was this:

Before the outbreak she was a cop just like her brother. After Rick got shot and ended up in a coma the world fell apart. The dead came back and started attacking the living. The military fell too quickly, the city was overrun by the dead and now she was at an old quarry only a few miles outside Atlanta with her Sister-In-Law, Nephew, and her brothers best friend. On the way they met a few more people and now had a small group. She slowly grows close the the youngest Dixon brother, Daryl. When they get back from their hunting trip Daryl learns his brother was handcuffed to a roof and left in the city. But what had YN in complete shock and not knowing how to deal with it is the person who did it. Her brother was alive after she already Mourned his death.
