Marjorie Grace is a woman who wants to be independent and never wanted to get married, disobeying the rules of society. She never wants to get her hands be held by men nor even bare to see herself in a romantic thread. But so her childhood friend named Ethan Prince is head over heels to Marjorie and gave her a nickname "Mary" gives out a good wedding pickup lines while Marjorie rejects.

As Marjorie goes around through different cities and towns to make one of her books be published, she found herself meeting people she needed to know about and writes another book that could help and change the world's view about women.
