Based in a world in which everyone is an angel and must earn an ability not inherited through family. It seems random but it's not in the slightest. Each matches ones personality. He lives with his dad that does nothing but abuse him, and he has the biggest identity crisis you'll ever see. Then he meets the gyrokenetic boy Robin.
