The Sapphires

About seven hundred years ago, the Sapphires were the royal family reigning one of the biggest magical settlements, The Island of Capricorn. The sudden rise of a rebellion marked the end of the Sapphire reign. Following their defeat, on their escape, the Sapphires lost their father, the king and their mother was forced to sacrifice her life and her dying son to grant the rest of her children immortality. The remaining Sapphire siblings swore revenge but none was more bitter than Triston Sapphire whose twin was the one sacrificed. And so, they came to be known as witch hunters the most powerful creatures on earth. Upon returning to Capricorn, The Sapphires become aware of the existence of an illegitimate Sapphire child, the rise of the Senechal and a magic which could potentially end them.This is a story of broken family ties, betrayal & bloodshed.
