About seven hundred years ago, the Sapphires were the royal family reigning one of the biggest magical settlements, The Island of Capricorn. The sudden rise of a rebellion marked the end of the Sapphire reign. Following their defeat, on their escape, the Sapphires lost their father, the king and their mother was forced to sacrifice her life and her dying son to grant the rest of her children immortality.
