Storm is Tom's sibling, but at just a few months old the pair got put up for adoption. Only after seven weeks at the center a relatively young man stopped by. He ended up only taking Tom, leaving Storm by themself.
As young as Storm was at the time, they could never forget their twin... turns out Tom couldn't either.
