"I'm okay, trust me. It's okay." Her vision started to blur. "Just hand me the gun, be my hero." 

Joel dropped the gun and she quickly kicked it out of his reach, that was the police's signal to come in and apprehend him. 

"Don't..." she stumbled back. "Don't hurt him! He wants to go to rehab!" She shouted before her tongue quit on her. She looked on helplessly as she witnessed the gunman being tackled to the floor and carried out. The man head butted a cop and a shot rang out into the melee.

He caught her but they both lost their footing and landed in a nearby pond with a splash. They both came up laughing as the water washed away the muck from them. "How is it that every time we hang out, we end up getting filthy?"

He held out his hand and I took it, standing up shakily. He grabbed my arms again, staring at them sadly. "Again? Why would you hide them again? Why this again?" He pled desperately. "You two." A different voice from across the hallway said, making us both jump a bit. Aizawa walked over to us, looking down at my cuts with slightly widened eyes, then back up at me with a concerned expression. "I need to talk to both of you."

My face was tear-stained and I was light headed. Just completely out of it. I had bags under my eyes from stress filled days and sleepless nights, an obvious lack of rest. No wonder Aizawa confronted me I look like hell I feel like hell Fuck This is hell
