The world is a game and people are mere pawns. Eking
out a living is a horrendous task; the government made sure of that.
After all, it's only when people are deathly desperate will they
submit to inhumanity. They will kill on command, be it strangers or
friends.
And so, a morbid game of musical chairs was born. The
rules were simple: Kill someone, hand their Tracker to the government
and get money in exchange. Weed out the weak to ensure survival of
the fittest. Sounds simple, right?
Too bad there are those at the top of the league who
take the Game to a whole new level of insanity.

Through the years moon bases have also been built on the moon, and now paper and coin currencies are completely gone.
