Kim Taehyung (17) is a sweet boy in high school that loves art and animals. Taehyung always knew from a young age what he wanted in life and that ended up getting him bullied as a kid cause he knew he liked boys. One kid found out and told the whole class and they all made fun of him. Because of that Tae never told his family. And the happy bubbly boy that everyone knew and loved faded away after time.
Yes he's still a great kid and has a positive attitude about everything. But everyone has their bad days. When Tae has his Park Jimin his best friend is always there to put a smile back on his face. Tae's mom got remarried after years and they just moved into his stepdads mansion. Yep that's right MANSION. Tae's life took a huge turn from the poor gay kid to having a Mercedes Benz.
Jeon Jungkook (18) is a very confident and head strong boy. At least that's what he shows everyone. Though on the outside he looks like another mean jock. Jungkook is a sweet boy with a kind heart willing to help anyone. His mother was always sick growing up so he has always helped a lot around the house and cooks dinner with his mother every night. Even though he has a very humble life the Jeon's are very rich. They live in the same neighborhood as Tae. But that's not how they met.

When his father's job causes them to move to a new town, Jungkook couldn't care less. It's not that he has no emotion or is depressed or anything, he just has nothing to care about in their now, old town. He has no friends to leave behind or to miss because he doesn't trust anyone. Since his the deal with his parents was for him to make new friends in order for him to go to public school, he decides to talk to people. He quickly gets 5 friends. Happy with this number, he doesn't plan on talking to anyone else until a certain boy in his science class catches his attention. When Jungkook and this kid are made partners for a science project, they are forced to talk to each other. The kid, Kim Taehyung, has a secret that no one needs to know. It's the cause of his quietness, his depression, his actions. Jungkook, being the caring person he naturally, is, wants to help Taehyung. He understands the feeling of being alone, so he wants to be Taehyng's friend, despite what his 5 other friends have to say about Taehyung.
