(This is my first story, try not to judge. I suck at descriptions.) So basically Shinsou is transferred into class 1-A after Mineta realises he doesn't want to be a hero. On his first day he meets Denki. Who is determined to make Shinsou his friend. Shinsou however, finds the blonde annoying, and loud. But one night Shinsou hears Denki talking to himself on the roof and soon, the lines between annoyance and love begin to blur.
