A few old legends from different parts of the world. Written in my own words.
Starting with this old tale from Japan, THE PEONY PRINCESS
A princess falling in love with a flower spirit. 
I see that many of you enjoy mythology. So, I wrote those stories in my own words and share it here with you.

His eyes fill with worry, and His voice is deep but steady, which calms me down for some reason. But it made me tremble in ways I couldn't understand. I wanted to get near him but wanted to run as fast as I could at the same time. My head stayed down the whole time, and my wet hair still stuck in many directions. "Leave me alone." My voice was low and cracked; I felt vulnerable and wanted to hide. I didn't want him to leave me alone, but I was scared of what he was doing to me. I wanted to get away. His hazel eyes stare into my soul, the room's sounds filling my head. "Now why would I do that little flower?" _____________________________________________ Shes just an 18-year-old girl. She's lost, confused, and, most of all, lonely. Life at home is not so great. She was stuck inside the same walls with no escape. She's had enough of it. One day, her mother has had enough of her, and she kicks her out for no reason. She was confused and lost, with no one to help her. Two days later, after her mother kicked her out, she felt something she never felt. Pure hatred toward her mother, she didn't understand. Until she meets a man? They shared many thoughts and memories. For once, she has a friend or maybe more. What will happen? What secrets will she find out? Maybe life outside of the house is not as bad as she thought. Or perhaps it is worse. TW!!!: This story will contain graphic content such as Abuse, Mental disorders, Violence, sexual harassment, Death, Maybe smut in the future, I doubt it, Cussing, traumatic scenes, and abuse of a child. Most of the time these butterflies started to help in secret for reasons nobody really understands. In Kara's village at the age if fifteen your wings are freed from the chains that have bound them. Once you can fly you must cross the White Desert, a land covered almost entirely in ice and snow, and the inhabitants are not all friendly. Gods and goddesses of myth live with in the constraints if the dimension beside creatures of flight and fancy; beside them hide those of dreams, be they day dreams or the darkest nightmare. Kara and her freinds now must find out how to survive in a land where little is what it seems and a villain can be made of a hero or a hero made of a villian. Atop all this sits Fate, pulling strings to make her puppets jump and keep things intresting, because she has always loved a good show. Until the show started to change, when one little girl in particular wants things to change, because if leaving means Death, well Fate has another thing coming, a new Queen is coming. This story is going to be for the most part unedited. I'm going to try to start editing soon. Some violence.

Let me float upon the wind like a scrap of butterfly wing so brutally ripped away or let me sink like a rock skipped and doomed when I must stop skipping. I went into the woods monster bound, whether the one nipping at my heels or something worse deep between the trees, who eats human flesh and yet showed me mercy. 'You have a purpose' the hollow inside me tells me as it swallows me whole while my savior watches from a million miles away. I am a myth born off a single word from a single set of lips, and he is a monster, story spun as vast as I am small. Oh, how we tangle, such opposites, how we tangle.
