Miracle has been married to Kenneth/Kenny for the last three years and he was the first man she ever fell in love with. Lately, he has taken her for granted, he works late hours of the night, and he holds it over Miracle's head that he pays all the bills. She is growing tired of being neglected in the marriage and she doesn't know what to do.

Truence/Tru is Kenneth/Kenny's half-brother because they have the same father. They learned to get along but in reality they don't care for each other.
