An AU in which Shoto experinced a horrendous accident. It was terrible and traumatizing for him. And the aftermath of him waking up didn't go so well, so bad that he had no purpose to live anymore. And he attempted.

However, his therapist is one of a kind. At first she wasn't his type at all, but the two experincing triggering events brought them together in such a way. Shoto will never forget it.
