The Story Without A Title

The one in my heart who misses you
Let me make my thoughts clear I am still here writing these stories to you and creating the future
Letting go of everything I couldn't be anymore not like anything I've ever done before
You see the way I look at the stars that reminds me of the moon
I can't stop thinking about anything
But when I think about you it is all I feel inside
Hence why I am crying out these words to you
Not remembering but not forgetting either
Except when I am with you then I can't seem to remember a thing about me
I know you don't want to utter a word about the journey or for me to write it in a book and call it your story
I am glad we are done so that we can move on and bring everything with us from the past as our carry ons on this flight we are taking as a one way trip to the future
I only ever needed the lord to help and guide me in order to figure my future out
And that's where you came along to fill in the void of my heart
Just like all those lingering hours I spent missing you
And hoping to be in your arms
