"Bullseye" A Killermare story
Killer is a sans, and so is the rest of his crew. They call themselves "The Bad Sanses." They've all had one goal at some point in time, revenge. However, Killer is a unique specimen. He is an emotionless being. He feels nothing and nothing only. No remorse. No happiness. No mercy. All he knows is "kill," and that's how it's been for long time. However, one day he comes across a new particular type of Sans. A very colorful one. He feels something he hasn't felt for years. Freedom. Once Nightmare finds out, it's not pretty. Killer was his most loyal worker. So he decided he had to end this "friendship." The question Killer asks is, why? "Why do you need me to feel nothing? Why do you want me to be a part of your crew? You always tell me how useless I am. If I'm so useless, why do you need me?" Nightmare couldn't give him an answer. Favourite paragraph so far: He would only survive if he kept the fire going and he could hear thunder in the distance. The two factors that guaranteed him his health. The only two people he could trust to be around and not get sick from to the point it would kill him were Error and Fresh. The only two skeletons he'd been with since he was a kid. It seemed like such a long time ago when he was last ten years old, running about on this very hill, playfighting with his brothers under the old trees where there was nothing wrong with him and not a thing to worry about. Geno missed the days of being a carefree child with only play on his mind. Yet times had changed, his family had grown up and they kind of just... drifted apart. A memory can make or ruin a person's day if they let it get to them. Geno didn't believe it could do both at once until it did exactly that. It made him feel a panging loss in his heart, like being able to run around, having lots of energy and time to spare had left him completely. At the same time, however, he felt satisfied having had those memories back. Alike to getting your hands on something you really didn't know you needed till now. He'd give just about anything to talk to his brothers again. Not only over the phone like they had been, but face to face. Break the cycle
The Multiverse for a long time has been an endless loop. Both inside the AUs and in itself. Error and Ink making a truce then breaking it in any possible way. The Dreamtale twins fight until Nightmare dies and Dream sacrifices his soul to plant a new tree of Feelings recreating a cycle. But, among everyone, there is one person who remembers each loop that took place and after a few centuries of trying to figure out what to do, he finally got it. He will break those endless cycles and try to finally give the Multiverse some peace. This is the story of that attempt. Will it work or will it all just be another pointless attempt to change what is meant to be ? ___________________________________________________________________ This story will contain only a small amount of shipping because this is nowhere near of being the main focus, sorry.
