Chanting fills the back of japan upon the day after halloween. The clock struck five, and the mangled bodies of mid-tier criminals were left upon the main police station of Musutafu, Japan. A trail of illegal substances trailed from an alley to the station and back, disappearing at a right turn. Locals claim ghosts were the ones who did it, while others claimed it was an drug-obsessed cult.
Whoever, or whatever these things were, the Hero-Commission needed to find out.
