the only thing that briar cliff, one of the few survivors of the jedi purge, wanted was to remain hidden from the cruel regime of the galactic empire. but after a run in with the crew of the stinger mantis seven years after the fall of the republic, briar starts to reconsider her bleak outlook on survival. with the help of a certain red-head, briar begins to re-learn the ways of the force. however, just when things are finally looking up for briar and her ragtag group of rebels, age old secrets are uncovered and the team is once again thrust onto a dangerous path. with the empire on their tail, the mantis crew travels throughout the galaxy to discover the secret of the diathims.

#6 in #DarthVader (6/20/24) This story will not be a straight forward romance journey, as Vader is a dynamically difficult character. I intend to keep him as in-character as I possibly can, meaning this story will not be all butterflies and rainbows. Beyond anyone's control, Reina grew to resent the man who gave her a new meaning in life. Her hatred for him entangled with Vader's own for her, the two of them craving nothing more than to feel the other's blood on their hands. Despite this hatred, an unexpected twist of desire arose between the two. The fear of love that had been buried deep within their own seething hatred eventually began to expose itself. Will Vader allow himself to continue holding onto the past, allow the fear of potentially losing somebody else continue to push her away? Or will he give in and protect her in ways he was unable to with Padmé. This story will be as close to canon as I can possibly make it, and Vader will still have to rely on his suit to breathe. This is the start of an interesting adventure for the newly enrolled youngling. Will she remain as a Jedi? Or will she turn to the Dark Side by manipulation? Clarice Quntam, who is the twin sister that Melisa never knew, was also in the same batch of new younglings. They were separated at birth and their mother decided to send Melisa to Earth while she raised Clarice in the Star Wars universe. Clarice knows about her sister but is told that she was a still born by her mother. She finds out that her sister is still alive and healthy when she was enrolled into the Jedi Academy. Note: This is an alternate universe of Star Wars which will take place in the timeline of "Attack Of The Clones" and "Revenge Of The Sith".
