This isn't a story it's simply my thoughts and feelings about myself, shows, or random things. I am creating this cause I want to say and scream out loud what I feel but I can't so this is the best option. I also want to be able have a place where other people can come and comment their feelings or thoughts. This is a safe place for anyone. But also this will contain trigger warnings I will Always out at the beginning on the chapter what it will contain. Most of the triggers will be: sh/suicide, sa, rape, eating problems, and bad thoughts on oneself. If you relate and want to talk please feel free to comment anything. Share stories and thoughts. I want this to be a place where I can talk about my issues but also to remind people you are not alone and I can understand what you feel like. Thats all so please welcome to my thoughts.

Hi there, how are you? I hope you're okay. Like the title says, this book is made of pieces of me, sort of like a diary. Each chapter has its topic, message and feeling. I write it as my life goes on, pouring my heart out, mentioning a lot of the past and situations I haven't overcome, voicing my struggles, wins and losses, lessons and pain. There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally.
