Inspired by Reddit's thread forum '2 sentence horror story'. I wished that some were lengthened into a complete story, then I thought, why not do it myself?

This book centers around the cruelties of humanity; Making you question if such people truly exist in this vast world. And well, fiction has to derive from somewhere, right?

Which is the most terrifying creature on Earth? There's only one answer I can accept.

Humans.

Why? Because under the constraints of the law and morality we imposed on ourselves as we build a society, there are really terrible creatures out there who feasts on their own kind.

Though my book is not based on true stories and entirely fictional, is it truly that far-fetched?

A total of 44 chapters. 
P.S. In Chinese culture the number 4 - 四 (si) is believed to be unlucky, as it has the same pronunciation as 死 (si) that means death.

Growing up in sleepy suburban towns have perks, but there's always something terrible bubbling beneath the surface. Story Description: 1. The Husband - Your husband has been acting a little strange lately at night. 2. The Neighbor - Your quiet home life suddenly gets really uncomfortable when you realize your elderly neighbor has been watching you through his window. 3. Public Restroom - You look back at your childhood to figure out where your fear of public restrooms came from. 4. The Screaming Woman (Pt. 1 & 2) - You wake up abruptly to sounds of a woman screaming only to be faced with your worst nightmare. 5. The People Upstairs - Your upstairs neighbors are loud and obnoxious without any regard to you. You become fed up with them until you realize what they've been dealing with. Some of these stories are not for the faint of heart and may contain blood, gore, abuse, and strong language. You've been warned.

And relaxes seeing a headphone over his ears. No wonder he is sleeping peacefully. She runs to the man "Baby is fine.Come lets move..". He pushes her away weakly "Take the kid and run". Also I don't know when I'm gonna update this, it's just kind of when I want to. Each chapter is a different story and I'll post these between posting chapters of my main stories. And a TW for anyone who is sensitive to violence or anything scary. Not all of the stories are like this, but a lot of them are probably gonna be pretty messed up. (lol) A lot of these stories is just to get ideas out of my head and it will probably never be completed. Each story is different and there is no real pattern or anything, its just all random.
