The Kiss

I guess you could say Mackenzie "Kenny" Biggs' normal life was turned upside down when she was the sudden interest of football star and high school heartthrob,
Matthew McConaughey, or as she liked to call him, Matthew-the-future-McDonald's-reject, but that would be a lie. As her life was already whacked up in so many different ways.

"Could you please get out of my way? With like 5 cherries on top?" I was so hungry and annoyed, I was ready to fight for the last of the french fries.

"I could, but unfortunately, I hurt my knee scoring the winning touchdown last night and coach told me not to stress it or the entire rest of the season would be jeopardized and we wouldn't want that, now would we?"

"Listen, if you couldn't already tell, I'm having a less than perfect day and I'd really appreciate it if you'd move so I could get my lunch."

"Why don't you share with me? We could feed each other like in the movies." He wiggled his eyebrows and if my stomach wasn't so empty, I'd have barfed all over his designer shoes. I took the time to really look the infamous jerk-wad over. Perfectly messy ashy blonde hair, annoyingly sparkling blue eyes, over-sized varsity jacket, perfectly pressed pants, and shoes that probably cost more than what I make in a year.

"No thanks, I'm allergic to douchebag." And with that I reached over to grab my lunch tray and left, not even bothering to look back as I triumphantly popped a french fry in my mouth.
