In the south of a village in Canada, they have a tradition known as "The Grand Cutting". They close the borders of the village and cut everyone's criminal record on October 8th 00:00 A man with schizophrenia, Nick, who has never done any crime as far as he's concerned, lives by himself and lives a quiet normal life.
