Chloe Can't Communicate (Kuroko No Basket x Shy Oc)

Chloe Jules has extreme communication disorder and is bad at communicating. She is a distant relative of Komi Shouko who also has extreme communication disorder. At the age of 8 she moved to Japan with her family, but she has difficulty of making friends through out her school year. Her goal is to make 100 friends. People usually see her as an elegant, beautiful, yet mysterious girl, but what they don't realized that she have difficulty of speaking to other people. She then was transferred to Serin High School where she have met the basketball club. Will she overcome her fears and have more friends? Or fall in love?
