That Cliché Princess Story

What would you do when you suddenly find out you're a princess? And of one of the most dangerous places and peoples on your planet too?

Alix is a young shapeshifter girl who has lived in blissful ignorance all her 18 years of existence, in the big city of Terren.
Terren is the centre of Ceres, the largest and most fertile but also dangerous planets in the solar system. There are five big kingdoms on this planet, but Terren does not belong to any of them, for it is the one place where there is eternal peace and all the kingdoms meet.
Alix and her mother moved there when she was only a toddler and she did not know anything about where they had stayed before. On her 18th birthday Alix receives an invitation to a ball, but what she finds there will change her life forever.
