Inko and All for One are lovers, but had to be apart because of All Might and All for One's fight. Inko was pregnant at the time but never told him knowing how hard it would be for him to leave. Inko was forced to remarry due to her parents choice. Inko has Quintuplets and when they found out their quirks the doctor told then to keep quiet about. Inko agreed to the idea knowing that her new husband is abusive. However he forced her to tell him Izuku's quirk or else he would have killed him. the rest of the kids lied and said they were quirkless less to their step father. The whole world believes they are quirkless including Izuku.
