This is a true story about me. Almost like a blog. I have lived my entire life with ADHD and I realized by sharing my story not only can I help myself, I can maybe help other in the same situation. I hope you read this with an open mind and remember that I'm a teenager. I have not experienced much but this is just my experience.

Have you ever felt so broken that you couldn't pull yourself out of bed and continue to live your life like you used to. A girl who made me forget all the things that I've been through because she made my present more than just worth living, and my future to be worth looking forward to. Until I Met Her
I was never the cool girl. Never the centre of attention. Hell, the first party I ever went to was because Kheli dragged me there when I was seventeen. Oh, Kheli... Kheli was my first love. My first everything. But once we finished high school, we parted ways. My plans were very clear: go to university, have fun, go to parties, maybe fool around at some point when missing Kheli got too much for me to handle. I don't know - the typical university life you see in movies. However, it was nothing like that. I was struggling to keep up with my assignments, my classes, all the drama, the parties, Kheli, the people, Pokémon Go - everything. I couldn't keep up with any of it. And then... Eleanor Williams did what she does best. She came out of nowhere and planted herself right in the middle of my world. And like a very fucking annoying tree, she set down roots and refused to move. And then I found myself - God, kill me now - enjoying being around Eleanor Williams. I found myself watering the fucking tree even when I knew it would only make the roots grow deeper, until there was no way of pulling it out. (Yes, sometimes I make very shitty metaphors. You'll get used to it.) But just because I was, much to my dismay, enjoying Eleanor Williams's company didn't mean she wanted me around.

I was only 7 when I met her, but we had an instant connection. We were inseperable. She was always happy and joyful around me, but me on the other hand, I was a completely different story. I suffered a disorder that caused me to have no emotions. I told her my condition and she understood, but one day she dissapeared, I didn't feel sad, worried or angry like I should have. I just continued my day like any other day, but by myself. I continued to have no friends as I got older and talked to no one, but it didn't bother me. Mother Knows Best
You know how you trauma-dump on your friends and they say, "Omg, that's insane, you should write a book about it!" Well, more people have made that remark to my mother as she exaggerates all her stories, so I took the liberty of taking that advice for myself. I am a writer, after all, and I tend to write out my feelings and trauma to work through it on my own, just to delete it later. But why not make some of those memories that haunt me so much into story form? It's definitely more entertaining. So, you'll find my entire life story, or at least what I remember, here in this book on Wattpad. Each chapter is a real event that occurred in my life, mostly involving my emotionally abusive mother, nearly absent and aggressive father, my runaway older sister, and even a little boy we fostered for a moment. If you're interested or possibly are going through something similar, please read and know that there is hope. I made it out and I am on my healing journey, it is possible.
