Story of The Hunger Games In Rue's perspective! Note: I've altered a lot of things and it's not all canonical things that happened in the series. Characters and Story belong to Suzanne Collins and others who helped make the Hunger Games. The cover art isn't mine. Enjoy :) Other note: the characters who are not canon I used a name generator for their names. Also excuse any grammar mistakes or spelling! ^^

What if district 13 didn't get blown up? And what if there was a 14th district hidden from everyone? District 14 wasn't known to the public, it was kept hidden due to the lack of people. They were told that as soon as their population increased than they would be entered into the Hunger Games. Only they didn't know it would be this soon.
