Dreams of Good vs Evil

In a near future where small numbers of the population having superpowers is normal, there is a capital city wherein a hero organization named Interlock frequently battles with a villainous organization named Hazmat. Victory is an upstanding, popular hero fighting on the side of justice. When he sees one of the Hazmat villains, Impact, doing heroic acts and going out of his way to help civilians who were endangered by Hazmat's actions, his curiosity is piqued. Finally, Victory make a move to find out what this villain's motives are. He corners Impact after an altercation and over overpowering him, Victory demands a date! Unable to refuse, Impact agrees and soon things get way more involved and dramatic than either one was expecting.
