When he sees one of the Hazmat villains, Impact, doing heroic acts and going out of his way to help civilians who were endangered by Hazmat's actions, his curiosity is piqued. Finally, Victory make a move to find out what this villain's motives are. He corners Impact after an altercation and over overpowering him, Victory demands a date!
