Tamara Sharp was always second when it came to her and her sister Juniper, Juniper was the most popular in school, the most smart, graduating with high grades. And even though Tamara got high grades, stayed home and read in her room her parents always overlooked her. Until one night Juniper invited her to a party and her life forever changed.

Meeting Damon was like breathing fire and exhaling smoke, the feeling was was bad, but freeing like letting herself free. Everyone knew it was bad for her to be hanging around with Damon - even herself. But, once she started she can't stop, not even when Police find her unconscious on an abandoned street, with zero phone and no identification.

Dr. Alexander Frost is the highest paid therapist in addiction and crime, he exceeds his diploma with the amount of turn around he's had with all sorts of different patients. So, it shouldn't be too different when a new case is thrown on top of his desk. Tamara is a fire cracker, she won't speak, she dismisses everything and hides in her room, her face a stone, void of any emotion, and Dr. Alexander cannot figure her out, the more time he spends around her the more bound he gets to her without even knowing it, he's defending her to the judges, to her family and to the police.

Just when things are getting better for both Tamara and Dr. Alexander Frost the world throws them a curve ball with a curve so high they might not make it out together.
