Me and mo We went from young girls tryna get paid quick, to having one of the most popular pole tricks in the south. The Packaged deal. I heard They even do that shit on the north now. They let me in at 16 and I did what I did best.

What we had been through in the past 11 years, we wanted to give up everyday. but we didn't. we made it out, like we anticipated and that's all that mattered. even tho we got scars a long the way, they're reminders of what we've faced. We remained resilient throughout everything.

The club put me through a lot but truth is I don't know where I'd be without it, I truly meant I wish I could've danced without all the trauma. Doing tricks on the pole, nobody had ever seen before, flowing with the music, being beautiful was fun all the positive attention from celebrities, big time drug dealers, and athletes was fun in my young mind, because I was being seen. it made me feel pretty. On the pole I could be whoever I wanted to be, I could walk on air, the celling, I could act like I was floating through the wind. I could go wherever my mind would take me.

getting naked every night for grown men, not knowing if I was gonna get raped, beat, or paid was not. Some nights I even thought Id be dead. that was the downside, it was scary and it was easy to get lost in the night life, and I did so many times. When your baby and lil sister was at home hungry, and all they got is you, that guilt make you do anything.
