The hero commission rises to undeniable power as they had promised to rid the world of the league. They had seen a drastic drop in potential heroes after All For One and the damage the league did on society. With the people afraid to bring kids into the hectic world and others afraid to let their kids admire heroes in fear they will want to become one, the hero commission choses to act. They want children with powerful quirks to continue the perfect hero image and what other way than to inflict a quirk marriage law in hopes the hero bloodlines will continue strong.
