This is especially by the city dwellers where love is all but a game of survival and the affluent are the lucky ones to get a grasp of affection full of feigned perfection. While the impoverished are left to tell tales of days of yore that will never find their way back.
SCARS FROM THE CITY focuses on plots of love gone wrong and its rampaging implications on the affected party. This collection is a voice to the voiceless and offers comfort through words that you are not alone even when you are lonely.

She wrote everything down, from her spine to her heart's pumped blood. The flowery words pulled her deeply to drowning confusion and was imprisoned inside a flickering hope. He kept everything in one suffocated space, suppressed and bound together. He has walked over denied emotions, heavier than clouds formed on top of a four-cornered shelter he filled with bitterness.
