takes place in the tmnt 2014 movie)Elsa is queen of new York and April's best friend since they were kids she also has snow and ice powers she had since birth. she was afraid to use her powers but is learning to control it with a little help from her royal advisor Eric sacks as Elsa's sister Anna ruled her homeland as Queen as April is the only person who knows of Elsa's powers. when Elsa and April meets the turtles she catches the eye of the turtle in red as she goes on an adventure to save the city from sacks,the foot clan and the most feared man in the city who's interested in her powers........the shredder!
